Sometimes, the energy just isn't there to start into a Yoga practice. Meditation can be very useful at times like this, when my mind is busy- yet my body tired. I enjoy the practice of Metta, loving kindness, but this Meditation uses sound to focus the mind on the present moment. It calms and settles the emotions; bringing me to a place of inner peace and serenity. Join me in this short (10 mins) simple practice which is suitable for complete beginners or "old hands" alike. Nemaste.

Please listen to your body, and only try movements that feel right for you. Your feedback, by way of comments, ideas, questions and information will be gratefully received.

I am so happy you posted this Sighle. I am saving it for the times I just don't want to meditate for long, but know that I can manage 10 mins. Thank you for all you do.
ReplyDeleteThanks Marie,
ReplyDeleteDo remember to turn off the phone, and note on the door saying not to disturb, and windows closed! It's amazing what a noisy world we live it! No wonder we need meditation!
Dear friends,There is Brahmakumaris meditation...that relaxes the mind...nurtures a healthy balance between inner and outer worlds...through silence... also there is study of spiritual values.
